The Limits of Confidentiality

In compliance with Indian Law and global psychological ethics, confidentiality may only be breached in the following circumstances:

1. Safety: If there is a clear and imminent risk of you harming yourself or someone else.

2. Legal Obligation: If a court of law issues a valid subpoena or legal order.

3. Supervision: To ensure the highest quality of care, I may occasionally discuss your case (anonymously, without using your name or identifying details) with a senior clinical supervisor.

Art-Based Therapy (ABT) Specifics

The art you create is a part of your healing journey. While I may keep a photographic record of your work for your clinical file, these images are subject to the same strict confidentiality as our spoken words.
